As a wellness coach, Dr. Greer-Clark utilizes cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and Positive Psychology with adults who are suffering with chronic illnesses, such as immune dysfunction, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, adrenal fatigue, neurological disorders, heart disease, cancer, Lyme disease, and diabetes. Additionally, Dr. Greer-Clark utilizes education, as well as empathy and humor. Living with chronic illness for 19 years, Dr. Greer-Clark has a unique personal understanding of what it is like to live with medical challenges, and how to successfully adapt to illness and transcend it.
